Use mouse

Click on new terrain, drag on to desired position, it needs to be near another of your blocks.

You can change the type of terrain and upgrade it to recieve resources.

At this stage there are no validations about materials needed to upgrade and rival AI is very primitive

You can create, arrange, change and upgrade blocks, you have only a limited amount( 2) movements per turn.
